Loyalty programs

%AA/987654321 American loyalty number for the last passenger added.

Loyalty applies to the passenger's whole itinerary. If it changes after shopping, priced offers are cleared and WP re-shops with the current account.

Pricing

WP Price all offers for current selection.

WPE / WPB / WPF Cabin-specific pricing: economy, business, first.

WP/AC*CORP123 Price with corporate account code.

WP/CT*CONTRACT456 Price with negotiated contract ID.

WP/PC*SAVE50 Price with promotion code.

WP/RBD*J Price in a named booking class — reaches fares the brand ladder doesn’t return. Works on new bookings and order changes.

WP/RBD*T+R One class per bound, in bound order (a connection counts as one bound).

WP/AC*CORP1/PC*PROMO Combine qualifiers.

?FR1 Fare rules for priced offer 1. Omit the number for the current offer.

?PEN1 Change and cancellation penalties for priced offer 1.

?BAG1 Baggage allowance for priced offer 1.

?SVC1 Included services for priced offer 1.

Booking

1ER Book offer 1 and hold; on an exchange, accept on hold where supported.

1ETR Book or exchange, ticket immediately, and retrieve.

ER End & retrieve — commit current changes and display the order.

E Commit current changes without redisplaying the order.

ET Commit and ticket.

ISSUE View the pending ticket, EMD, and held-exchange cart. Changes nothing.

ISSUE/ALL Pay and issue everything pending.

Orders

*ABC123 Retrieve order by ID.

*-DOE/JANE Retrieve most recent order by passenger name.

* Display current order.

*I Display itinerary only.

*PAX Display passengers only.

*L / *LIST Open the orders panel — filter by status, airline, passenger, or date inside the panel.

*H Show order history (version trail).

Modify orders

No "change mode" required. Retrieve the order, make modifications, commit with ER.

X1 Delete segment 1.

X1/2/3 Delete multiple segments.

X1-3 Delete a range.

XA Delete all segments.

IR Ignore changes and retrieve original order.

Cancel, void, refund & credit

Every command is guarded before confirmation. A carrier quote is shown where available; otherwise the amount is explicitly labelled as a stored-fare estimate.

CANCEL Cancel current order. Shows the available reversal details, then prompts Y/N.

VOID Void tickets. Validates void window; rejects if outside.

REFUND Refund tickets, keep flights active.

CREDIT Cancel flights, retain ticket credit for future use.

CANCEL/EMD/1 Refund a specific ancillary service line while keeping the flights and tickets.

D1 Split passenger 1 into a new order.
