> Who is NDCTerm built for?

> Does NDCTerm have AI built in?
Yes. NDCTerm includes an AI mode that can understand natural-language travel requests, inspect session context, search documentation, draft customer communication, and request approval before executing booking or servicing commands.
> Does NDCTerm replace my GDS?
NDCTerm gives agents a command workflow for supported NDC carriers plus direct GDS access for EDIFACT content. For agents whose volume is mostly NDC-eligible, it may stand alone after onboarding confirms the required carrier and ticketing setup. For others, it complements an existing GDS rather than replaces it.
> Do I need a GDS contract to use NDCTerm?
No. NDC content books directly from the airlines — no GDS contract or segment commitment required for those bookings.
> What about ARC/IATA accreditation?
Tickets issue under an accredited agency's plates. Depending on how we partner, that can be your own accreditation or one provided through the partnership. We work this out case by case during onboarding.
> Which NDC airlines are connected?
The public carrier pages currently document verified support for American Airlines, United Airlines, and Copa Airlines. Additional airline pages should be published only after the carrier workflow has been verified. See the carrier pages →
